Sports & Games

At St. Anthony's School, Adhikari, sports and physical education are an essential part of a student's overall development. We believe that participation in sports helps students build physical fitness, self-confidence, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and a healthy competitive spirit. Through regular training, coaching, and competitive events, students learn the values of perseverance, dedication, and sportsmanship.

The school provides opportunities for students to participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor sports, enabling them to develop their skills and pursue their interests in a supportive environment.

Regular coaching sessions, practice matches, and inter-house as well as inter-school tournaments help students develop teamwork, discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Cricket

Students receive structured training and participate in competitive matches that enhance technical skills, concentration, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Badminton

Badminton training and competitions improve agility, hand-eye coordination, reflexes, focus, and overall fitness.

Chess

Chess encourages logical reasoning, analytical thinking, patience, concentration, and effective decision-making skills.
